Home, in the heartof the aviation district.

The roots of the Aviation District trace back to the early 20th century, when New Jersey became a hub for aerospace innovation. Iconic facilities like the Curtiss-Wright Aircraft plant laid the foundation for groundbreaking advancements in aviation technology.

Long before Wesmont Station, Wood-Ridge was alive with a bustling workforce at the Curtiss-Wright Aircraft Facility, which employed thousands of skilled workers during WW2. The Curtiss-Wright facility produced aircraft engines and parts that cemented the area’s significance in global history.

As aviation expanded, the area evolved into a bustling district, transforming industrial spaces into modern communities. Many of the Aviation District’s historic landmarks still stand — from the Aviation Hall of Fame to the Passaic River Seaplane Base to the Lambert Tower.

Rosera Wesmont is a place where history and modern living converge. Our name itself is a nod to the iconic Rosie the Riveter statue and commemorative plaque just outside our property.
Rosera Wesmont raises the bar for suburban living at Wesmont Station and marks the extraordinary evolution of this pivotal Wood-Ridge neighborhood from a pre-war-era industrial zone to a beautiful residential neighborhood with easy commutability.
